Three Sizes And Shapes

Choose from 18 in x 18 in, 20 in x 12 in, or 22 in x 22 in. The square sizes work well on chairs, sofas, beds, and benches, while the 20 in x 12 in lumbar shape is useful for layering in front of larger pillows or adding lower-back support in a reading chair.

Linen-Feel Case And Insert

The pillow has a 100% polyester case with a linen-feel fabric texture and a shape-retaining 100% polyester insert. A hidden zipper keeps the profile clean, so the printed cactus and daisy artwork remains the main focus.

Care

Remove the insert before cleaning the case, and follow the care label for washing and drying. Let the cover dry fully before reinserting the pillow form so the fabric texture, printed surface, and soft shape stay in good condition.

Made To Order

Each Zattern pillow is made especially for you after purchase, rather than produced in bulk. This may add a little time before delivery, but it helps reduce unnecessary overproduction.

Every Zattern product is made to order. Because production begins only after your order is placed, delivery usually takes longer than it would for an item already held in inventory.

Production Before Shipping

Most products require approximately 2–5 business days for production before they are ready to ship. This production time is separate from carrier transit time and may be longer during holidays, unusually busy periods, or temporary supply interruptions.

Typical Delivery Time

As a general guide, most orders within North America arrive approximately 7–15 business days after purchase. Some orders may arrive sooner, while remote destinations, peak seasons, or fulfillment from a more distant facility may require additional time. Business days do not include weekends or public holidays.

Where Your Order Is Made

When possible, your order is assigned to a production facility close to the delivery address. However, not every product, size, material, or component is available at every facility. If the nearest location cannot produce the item, the order may be fulfilled and shipped from another region.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the destination, product type, quantity, and available shipping method. The amount shown at checkout is the shipping amount you will pay. We do not add a later shipping surcharge if the order must be produced at a different facility.

Orders May Arrive Separately

If an order contains different product types, the items may be produced at separate facilities and shipped in more than one package. Packages can arrive on different days, and each shipment may have its own tracking information.

Tracking Your Order

Tracking information is provided after a package has finished production and has been handed to the carrier. It may take up to 48 hours for the carrier’s tracking page to begin showing movement.

Possible Delays

Delivery estimates are not guaranteed arrival dates. Production queues, material availability, carrier disruptions, severe weather, remote delivery routes, customs processing, and seasonal demand can all affect timing. If an order is needed for a specific event or holiday, we recommend ordering as early as possible.

International And Cross-Border Delivery

Although orders are usually fulfilled as close to the destination as practical, some packages may cross a national border. Customs processing can extend delivery time, and any applicable import duties or local taxes are determined by the destination country.
